I have been a portrait photographer for 18 years. I started my business working with a dance studio (that's why my business name is Center Stage - every dancer wants to dance in the center of the stage!); and then moved into portraits of babies, children and families. Over the years I would photograph a few seniors, and absolutely loved it. I tried for some time to change my business focus to high school seniors, but it was difficult to do once I was known for other types of photography.

Once my oldest went to high school, however, that all changed. She auditioned for and made it onto her high school dance team; I did a photoshoot for them, and that got the ball rolling on my senior business - and how! I went from something like 10 seniors in 2015 to 90+ in a matter of three years! 

When you first schedule, you will pay a $300 non-refundable scheduling fee to claim a date on my calendar. The online calendar system will direct you to pay with a credit card. The scheduling fee is subtracted from your total, and the remaining amount is due at your planning meeting (or for mini sessions, the day of your shoot).

I hope that you don't, but should it be necessary, I have some options. But because my schedule fills up and some potential clients can't get a date; I also ask clients who do claim a date to be committed to it. If we are longer than a month away from your session date, you are fine - go ahead and reschedule. From late July to October, if you are less than four weeks out from your session date when you need to reschedule, you will be offered a make-up date in November if I don't have closer reschedule date to offer you. *** Note that for Mini Sessions, we have a little more rescheduling options. 

Yes! I love to share my work, and I think all potential clients of any photographer should be able to see a full session. Website portfolio galleries can be full of beautiful images, but is a photographer able to sustain that level of image, and stay true to their style, for an entire session? First, don't worry! I can get you beautiful portraits no matter what. But if you had your heart set on golden sun, I offer an inexpensive ($75) "Second Chance Sunset Mini" and this has made many girls happy over the years. I can do these in late November  through March, and we make sure it's a day when the sun will be out. Sunsets that time of year are amazing! These portraits of Audra were taken on Dec. 12!
